lots happened in the last week

i did a 20k run with chennai runners...ECR 10....i did a decent 2.50hrs....i was hoping on a 2.45...but i think i would have if the cramps on the left leg was not there after 15k....ok that apart all went well...i think i should keep meeting shahid very often...he gave some more details on spending fat...and not...carbs....the trick is to main tain 125-140 HR.....you know i tried it this morning on my 5k run...and i feeling really fine.....i maintained a sub 140 HR...

HAD an appointment for aunty with the doctors...her sugar level is 214 units.....doc increased the drug dosage for a month...

ayeesha seemed ok on the phone.....that was a releif.....she called me on my b'day and wished...again she was the first......ok..ok...cleo did have a upper hand...u see...she did it earlier

my b'day...rajan gave a watch....the thing was...it was called "identity"....and was frm "london"....hee..heeeok..then there was this brandy as well

met udayabanu advocate..he wants me to sue the corporation by 28th

senthil called to tell...that he will be here by august 25th...plans to have register marraige by first week of sept 09....i know i was bit disappointed...

aparna got married....didnt know the guy's name yet...she could hav had the decency to sms...well people!!

i have had this past life regression automatically .....where i knew i lived in north india...along the river ganges 600 years back...in a vaishnavite cmmunity...i had 4 brothers....all have come this life time to be with me...one my mother...other ansari...then anand....sivarajan....the joke is all us have had food togather fed by my mother,,,,,i told this to all my present friends..(past brothers)...i dont know weather they beleived it or not.....baghu was anand's wife...with whom i later developed intimacy then....it coninued here too..!!!this my 106th birth...yeah...so...laugh///its ok(when this happened in 1993...i thought ...i will go nuts soon)



did a PLR for lexy lea.......we met last in 1848...in british isles...i was timothy...she was katherine...i fell in to deep well/pit....and we kept calling each other....then curtains...and clouds

this is a PLR on aparna and me .....we had been very close friends(we both were males) in france...year of 1600 or so....we were also partners in a very flourishing business....till i lost her in a murder
this was even more bizzare...i was a male 30000 years back ,male,belonging to a group of dark skinned (central african tribe i guess)....aparna who was from our tribe...switched sides and went to another as they had more cattle....this PLR happpened in newton's workshop...!!!...i went to kill the other tribal head(now mr.jaggi vasudev) as he had pouched....this was totally opposed by my tribe people....we all left,very sad at heart to another pauster....lexi(as a male) ,ayeesha (one of partner),my younger brother was there...

i was a sailor for megallean in spain ..i was her husband.....my name ignatius...she was beth...we had a daughter....who is now called as shruthi......i died in a ship battle....beth remarried to karl...a fellow sailor..who later was the cause for her death....

this has been a low activity weeks

bought myself a lot of running goodies...t shirt,shoes,fuel belts,socks...manged to find a new local supplier fr "decathlon" at a decent price....socks were a darling...i would have forked out 200...or upto 500 even if i had opted for a nike

anyway...i managed to bring all the old photos of sathya's marraige....and mukund and nithyasri in a single folder...will upload soon

doing a PLR for a friend from london..soon

ayeesha wanted a few receips and manged to send them on mail...yet to get her feed back....i think tomarrow i will know.

wanting to sue the corporation nitwits over land tax...i need a good solid lawer.....all i will do then is to come out with both my guns blazing....:-)

last sunday at the beach in morning raghuram surprised me..he was walking with his wife in the morning.....as normal i was doing my 10k...actually i was checking out my new association with KALENJI goods..socks,tshirt,fuel belt and all..

been doing 10k's at a good old spped of 1.10 hrs....the new addidas is very smooth....but this evening i strained my IT band ....i guess tomarrow will tell for sure how serious it is...

ok tomarrow came.....and its not so bad....i need to rest till sunday max
