MY POETIC SIDE

why, why ..we the true being
why we were there frm the begining
why was it not for that single opening
why,why ...wishing,willing,wallowing

when clearity is the wishing cauldron
when calling upon on all reason
whence clouds do seldom stay on and on
whence clicking,clicking clickinon

where the mind is without fear
where all that we cherish is dear
where all that's done is based on fear
where the bloopers turn to tears

how in the name of the quark we swear
how in the junk yard of our mind we leave our gear
how on the hope we wake up in next hour
how we very foolishly while away this tour

what said the egg to the chicken
what one must ask for is a pen
what will bill gates say at the gates of h'aven
what is goin' on in this place is never even,even when on oven

how often do we all wander
heavier and heavier till we ponder
housing the beleif that makes you wonder
hell or heaven is there for surrender....

last sunday i ran a 15k with my running groupwe started at 5.10 a.m(i ran with the 30k group).....(the bottom pic is me at 5k point)......i did the 10k in a good 1 hour 8mints....(middle picture)then i started to give out water to other runners who were coming ......then a little while later came kk and satish,who asked me to come back with them....i picked up a gatorade and started back slowly...the next 2,5k was cool and then i crossed the kelambakkam/kovalam bridge bridge(top picture)...saw a maruthi swift smashed to pieces on the road....the car was hit in the front..side...and the back had caved in....so i walked and ran from there to the 5k point(did you all notice the garmin on my wrist...a gift from shahid).....stayed there...helped all the rest who crossed...hari,ram,narayan,rajesh,bhargavbalaji,arun(guy lost his cap on the bridge when a bus swooshed it)... srivats was taking snapsand giving refreshments at 5kpoint....in fact this photos were from his camera with a sigma 18-200 cannon.returned back in the pickup with the last man.....had a good breakfast....and ashwini dropped myself and ramani back at dimensionsat 11 a.m

my delayed post

i have been quite not active on the blogosphere.....partly due to lack of initiative....but then...let me catch up

1....my daughter left abroad for work in dubai.....i felt like VERY PROUD.....her first flight...that it turned out to be international....wow...i thought...she left on september 19th....iam nearly a month behind....i wish you success abroad" chokki"
