yesterday i did my usual 10k run.....but was not my best.....i ached a bit....but my friend brought over tiger beer in the evening.....wow...it made my day....
this morning when i got up...i had a nagging pain in my right side...almost on the hip area....i remember some time back i had to chk my stride rotatation....cud it be the actual problem...?
or should i try some lowering of distance.....and some pilates as exercise to mend it.....
oh...i wish i knew it sooner the cause.....i thought i will try the pilates....have a lot of downloads ....
i hope it is not IT band syndrom....eeeckh.....
